The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will lead marketing strategies for eCommerce partners, focusing on digital channel growth, consumer engagement, and effective campaign management while collaborating with various stakeholders.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and executing the overarching vision for marketing, media, and merchandising strategies for our eCommerce retail partners, B2B site, social media platforms, and brand websites. This position requires that the candidate be a self-starter, highly motivated, and has direct experience with campaign management, Salesforce, and brand management. Must possess analytical skills to solve business needs. This individual will hold a diverse role in both the planning and strategy of media/marketing executions across a multitude of mediums and channels while collaborating with Product Managers, eCommerce Sales Leads, and outside media agencies. This is a multi-role – multi-task position with unlimited potential for growth.
Essential Job Functions *
- Lead annual planning of marketing and retailer advertising campaign strategies and budgets and subsequently curate, execute and measure Digital Marketing Strategies and tactics across a variety of Retail Media networks.
- Lead the development and implementation of the digital aspects of Hillman’s GTM (go-to-market) strategy.
- Direct, with the support of an outside agency, the development, implementation, and management of PPC and retargeting strategies effectively and profitability.
- Lead the development and implementation of Hillman’s GTM (go-to-market) program, with particular focus on digital channels to achieve the business's revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention goals.
- Collaborate with Product Teams and external agencies on holistic digital strategies and initiatives including social and digital that are consistent with brand objectives and guidelines.
- Understand the consumers shopping journey and evaluate how we can better leverage digital marketing to move prospects deeper into the funnel and convert to sales.
- Develop robust reporting to define and interpret analytic results for online marketing channels. Leverage analytical insights to drive effective decisions.
- Manage relationship with outside advertising agency to automate / manage campaigns, grow organic and paid share of voice, optimize keyword strategy, and drive incremental sales.
- Manage marketing-related eCommerce analytic KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, consumer acquisition costs, share, competitive insights), to drive eCommerce performance. Develop and provide monthly report out on progress.
- Prepare necessary sales reports to management for sales and marketing data updates.
- Develop the roadmap for the B2B website that support the Sales Team and Retailer ordering habits. This includes digital catalog creation and upkeep.
- Drive strategy for branded and corporate websites collaborating with the Product Teams on new launches and Human Resources on the overall corporate story.
- Manage all brand and corporate social channels. Including influencer programs, sample coordination and report out on social metrics and results.
- Manage and oversee B2B and B2C email marketing strategy – including providing guidance to team members on strategy, execution, technology, and more. Ensure KPIs for email marketing are outlined, communicated, and met for the campaigns.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of eCommerce marketing experience, including 3+ years of experience with Amazon Advertising.

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- SEO/SEM experience with eCommerce retailers. Copywriting expertise a plus.
- High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Technology experience that is nice to have: Stackline, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, MailChimp, Shopify, Criteo, BazaarVoice Vibe.
