Job Summary:
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager for Investment Immigration will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated digital marketing strategy aimed at promoting investment immigration programs to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and families globally. This role will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, YouTube, and paid advertising, to increase brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and convert prospects into clients.

- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for investment immigration, tailored to attract potential investors across global markets.
- Oversee digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, YouTube, and paid media, ensuring cohesive messaging and lead generation.
- Align digital marketing efforts with the broader marketing, sales, and business development objectives of the organization.
- Lead Generation & Conversion
- Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted digital marketing campaigns and optimize conversion rates across channels.
- Work with the sales team to define and implement lead nurturing strategies using email, automation tools, and personalized content.
- Create and test landing pages and call-to-action (CTA) strategies that are optimized for conversion and aligned with specific digital campaigns.
- YouTube & Video Marketing
- Develop and execute a YouTube strategy, including video content creation, optimization, and performance tracking, to attract and engage potential investors.
- Leverage YouTube as a key platform for content marketing, utilizing videos such as educational content, success stories, webinars, and explainer videos on investment immigration.
- Optimize videos for SEO using titles, descriptions, tags, and closed captions to increase visibility and engagement.
- SEO & SEM Optimization
- Lead SEO initiatives to ensure high organic search rankings for key terms related to investment immigration programs.
- Oversee the development of SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, articles, and case studies, to attract organic traffic.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to target relevant demographics and increase leads.
- Social Media Strategy & Engagement
- Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to engage with potential clients and partners.
- Use paid social media advertising to drive awareness, promote content, and capture leads.
- Manage day-to-day social media engagement, responding to comments and inquiries to build relationships and enhance the firm’s online reputation.
- Content Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Create a content strategy that supports the marketing and sales funnel, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and success stories that highlight the benefits of investment immigration programs.
- Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content that speaks to the interests and needs of potential investors.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and high standards for all digital content.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns, including traffic, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Utilize Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to gather data on digital performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Regularly report on campaign results and digital marketing performance to senior management.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the investment immigration space and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing mentorship, training, and guidance on digital marketing best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, legal, and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall company goals and provide a seamless customer journey.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the digital marketing team.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills:
- At least 3-year marketing experience in financial services, legal services or investment immigration
- Knowledge of marketing in international markets and experience targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, content marketing, and paid media.
- Proven success in planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline
- Strong expertise in SEO and SEM, including Google Ads, and managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
- In-depth knowledge of YouTube marketing and video content strategies, including video SEO, channel management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Proficient in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media insights platforms to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple digital campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive digital content.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user behavior on digital platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multilingual skills to target diverse global audiences.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for creating detailed marketing reports.
- Experience in influencer Campaign
- Experience working in a private equity investment organization
- Using generative AI in campaign development and optimization
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.

Compensation:
Pay range: $80,000 - $120,000.00 annual (D.O.E.)
