Seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to enhance brand presence through strategic content creation and management across various social media platforms.
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who combines a strong understanding of social media, content creation and design capabilities with strategic marketing expertise. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling content across all platforms, while also managing and executing marketing strategies to elevate our company’s brands and overall presence. You will create engaging content, optimize company pages, and foster community interaction. Social media specialists are knowledgeable in various social media platforms and utilize analytics to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement engaging social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content.
- Content Creation & Design: Design strategic and creative visual content for social media posts, advertisements and campaigns using tools like Adobe, Canva and others.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with company brands and other team members to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance tracking of social media campaigns across all platforms such as Instagram, Google ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Tiktok, etc.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and proactively communicate to build a loyal and active social media audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics for social media and marketing campaigns. Analyze results, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving future content and campaigns.
- Content Development: Develop written, visual, and multimedia content to tell the brand’s story, promote products, and engage with target audiences in an impactful way.
- Website Management: Update and maintain content within the company websites, including blogs, job postings, news, etc.Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales parallel teams to align efforts with overall business goals, promotions, and events.
- Content Creators and Influencers: Connect with local creators/influencers to market the brand and share positive posts with their followers and community in order to reach and engage new audiences authentically.
- Create and send monthly newsletters/digital publications that inform and engage our community in our work
Qualifications:
- 3-5 yrs of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio or examples of successful social media and content campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.) and their tools (ads manager, analytics, etc.).
- Experienced with SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, CRM systems, and SEO/SEM tools. (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Proficiency in Adobe, Canva and/or other design tools.
- Creative problem-solving and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital trends.
- Strong copywriting skills with an ability to create engaging content that resonates with different audiences.
- Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas for social media content.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
