Highly creative with experience in digital campaigns, user acquisition, A/B testing, and growth strategies; knowledge of website analytics tools, Google Ads, and social media advertising; ability to manage multiple projects with detail-oriented, quantitative, and qualitative skills; strong communication and presentation skills; experience in sales is required. Desired qualifications include graphic design and video-editing experience, CPG experience (beverage is a plus), and startup environment adaptability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute growth strategies, lead generation, email marketing, website design and development, paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, and manage a marketing and sales pipeline. Collaborate with the CEO on budget allocation, oversee team of brand ambassadors, manage marketing campaigns, and drive customer acquisition and retention efforts.

Blind Tiger is seeking a creative and analytical marketing lead to enhance brand strategy, drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, and champion company culture while collaborating closely with the CEO.

Job Overview
Blind Tiger is on the hunt for a real cat’s pajamas of marketing – a sharp, creative, and analytical big cheese who’s jazzed about brand and culture (and digital marketing). We need someone to help us shake up the scene and grow a brand that’s the bee’s knees in its category. This position will be responsible for optimizing our marketing strategy growing a company's customer base and revenue through marketing and sales. This position will report to the CEO and is ideally based in Northwest PA, Northeast OH, or Western NY (remote candidates outside of these regions will be considered).

Role Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing growth strategy
  • Lead generation
  • Email marketing
  • Website design & development
  • Paid advertising, media buys, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
  • Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Building a marketing and sales pipeline
  • Developing and optimizing a lead nurturing process
  • Customer acquisition and retention
  • Developing, executing, coordinating and measuring campaigns
  • Design, development and optimization of company website
  • Creating compelling content, offers, and visually impactful assets
  • Identifying and implementing the marketing technology stack
  • Establishing growth metrics and defining KPIs to track progress
  • Copywriting (blog, website and thought leadership content)
  • Design and implement multi-channel growth strategies aligned with Blind Tiger’s business goals, leveraging retail and e-commerce models
  • Regularly provide insights and recommendations based on data to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to allocate the annual marketing budget effectively, monitoring spending efficiency and making adjustments as needed.

Team Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train, lead and manage a team of brand ambassadors (both internal and external).
  • Hire external partners to support marketing growth
  • Manage event scheduling, coordination, oversight, and reporting to maximize marketing impact at in-person and virtual events.
  • Attend tradeshows

Cultural Leadership:

  • Be a key leader within Blind Tiger, embodying the company’s culture and values while inspiring and mentoring the team to uphold those standards.

This role requires a combination of strategic vision, hands-on execution, data-driven insights, and leadership to propel Blind Tiger to continued growth and category leadership.

REQUIRED

  • You're highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert
  • You understand user acquisition and you know what it takes to scale a business's growth channel
  • You can A/B test and iterate on winning formulas
  • You are skilled in experimentation and you're knowledgeable in growth loops
  • You have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • You have solid knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising
  • Ability to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and alternative advertising campaigns
  • You have the ability to handle many projects simultaneously
  • You are detail-obsessed, with strong quantitative and qualitative skills
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You have experience selling anything

DESIRED

  • Graphic design, video-editing experience
  • CPG experience – Beverage experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a startup environment that requires many hats with a small team
