QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum four-year university degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Hotel Management; four years of experience in hotel revenue management or similar business analytics; strong IT skills; excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to work independently and under pressure.
RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Director of Revenue Management (SDORM) is a shared services leadership position responsible for managing the Revenue Management team for both Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach and Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale.
This Senior Director of Revenue Management is ultimately responsible for the revenue strategies and interpretation of business analytics, data, and trends. Providing expertise to guide and direct the hotel(s) Yield Teams through effective and measurable revenue management initiatives and tactical strategies. The priority will be room revenue, with a focus on total resort/hotel revenue management including but not limited to spa, food & beverage, and ancillary revenue sources.
In addition, you will collaborate with the shared Reservations Call Center for three (3) Four Seasons Hotels and Residences (Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and The Surf Club). As part of a shared services collection with shared ownership, the ability to embrace, collaborate and support the “Shared-Services Model” while aligning efficiencies within the hotel cluster is essential.
This position is a Senior Department Head level and reports to the Director of Marketing of both hotels. Due to the nature and complexity of this role, the Senior Director of Revenue Management will have a dotted reporting line to the General Managers at each hotel.

- Interpret business analytics into meaningful action to improve performance
- Leverage IDeaS revenue management system
- Manage rates and inventory in all distribution channels
- Initiate pricing analysis and recommendations
- Ownership of OTA Market Manager relationship
- Lead weekly Revenue Management meetings
What you bring
- Ability to present contrarian viewpoint and gain consensus through business analytics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong IT (Information Technology) foundation is required: Proficient in Excel, Opera, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Windows. Knowledge of PowerBI, Ideas RMS and Hotelligence is an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to demonstrate key insights translated to fact-based decision-making.
- Completed a minimum four (4) year university degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Hotel Management
- Four (4) years’ experiences working in hotel revenue management or similar business analytics and strategy role
- Capable of working and communicating effectively with senior management in Home Office, hotels, and other subsidiaries
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be flexible and dependable to work beyond a standard work day when required
- Must be able to condense complex data into meaningful strategy
