SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Senior Director, Influencer Technology & Platform Strategy to advance digital platform capabilities, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence in influencer marketing initiatives at Real Chemistry.
- Develop and build strategic technology initiatives (platforms and process) to enhance operational efficiency, optimize campaign outcomes, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Support the advancement of measurement and evaluation (M&E) automation, including integration of new technologies to enhance reporting capabilities and drive efficiencies.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, tools, and platforms, and explore new solutions to advance starpower’s influencer marketing capabilities.
- Collaborate to identify and implement technology optimizations that support the broader business objectives of starpower and starpower clients.
- Serve as a resource and technology advisor to starpower account teams, equipping them with the necessary tools, processes, and insights to maximize performance.
- Oversee the development and implementation of API and data integrations to build and scale owned databases, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability across platforms.
- Develop and maintain business, functional, and technical requirements and processes for data automation and centralization between platforms
- Lead, mentor, and manage a junior team of technology professionals, fostering their development in technology strategy and execution.
- Cultivate, own, and manage relationships with key technology vendors and platforms to ensure optimal performance and alignment with starpower’s goals.

- 10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role with a strong emphasis on data automation, integrations, and measurement systems, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, or influencer marketing.
- Proven track record of leading and executing large-scale technology initiatives, particularly around automation, data integration, and platform optimization.
- Expertise in managing and optimizing technology platforms, tools, and integrations to drive operational excellence and business growth.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms, data-driven reporting systems, and leveraging technology to deliver insights.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to delve system architecture and data integration details.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in an easily digestible manner to varied audiences, from internal teams to clients and partners.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on mentorship and skill development.
- Comfortable with understanding and developing functional, business, and technical requirements for digital product
- Deep understanding of marketing technology trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proven experience in supporting new business initiatives through technology-driven insights and innovative solutions.
