OneMagnify is seeking a Senior Email Developer to drive sophisticated digital messaging campaigns using SFMC, collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality, personalized campaigns while mentoring and ensuring best practices.

We’re searching for a Senior Email Developer to lead sophisticated digital messaging (email, push, SMS) programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role collaborates with internal teams to deliver high-quality service that is on-time and exceeds client expectations. This individual will display masterful skills in email development methodologies from complex email build approaches to advanced segmentation with multiple data sets. This role is expected to be acting as the intersection point bringing these requirements together to deliver highly personalized and impactful campaigns. About You:
The role spans the full lifecycle of the email development process from email design through email deployment. The Senior Email Developer must be able to work effectively with a variety of team members and stakeholders to understand their email needs, and work to fulfill business needs in the most efficient manner possible.

What you’ll do:
  • Participate in project meetings as needed for program kick-off, asset hand-off and other requirements related discussions.
  • Develop and deploy email campaigns using HTML authoring tools in SFMC.
  • Support campaign management execution with a high focus on sophisticated campaign workflows within SFMC.
  • Ensure campaigns are built and deployed in the most efficient approach and align with scalable SFMC platform solutions and maintain documentation to support these initiatives.
  • Create email campaign deliverables and ensure that final deliverables are on time and meet business requirements.
  • Perform first level quality control testing.
  • Identify the root cause of any email issues discovered and recommend solutions.
  • Recommend measures to improve work process methods to ensure the highest quality work output possible.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in reference to HTML/CSS, SQL, JavaScript, and AMPscript to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Mentor other team members to create and enhance processes as needed to ensure consistent email development and best practices are followed across campaigns.
  • Stay informed on email marketing trends, changes in browser capabilities and multimedia development standards.
What you’ll need:
  • 3+ years of direct experience working in SFMC.
  • Proven expertise in delivering 1:1 email campaigns and using email automation platforms, preferably SFMC.
  • Ability to write code using several languages such as HTML/CSS, SQL, JavaScript, and AMPscript.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and Figma.
  • Experience with Responsive Design.
  • Experience working with and implementing integrations including API.
  • An understanding of cross-cloud Salesforce solutions.
  • SFMC Email Specialist, Consultant, or Developer certification.
