We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to join our Analytics team to support growth marketing. This individual will have a leadership role in understanding the impact of our marketing spend and ensuring it is allocated effectively across programs, by running experiments, developing and communicating insights with the marketing team and executives, and informing our advertising investments.
In this role, you will be working alongside both the Growth Marketing and Data teams. This role reports to the Director of Data Science and Insights.
Your day-to-day:
- Conduct analysis on growth marketing data sets to develop insights, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve CAC and Payback efficiency.
- Self-service data, including using SQL to conduct analysis and creating data visualizations in Tableau and Mixpanel.
- Operate our MTA (multi-touch attribution) system, providing recommendations for channel managers to optimize campaigns across TV, social, audio, search, display and more.
- Design experiments across many marketing channels to guide optimization decisions and use as inputs to calibrate MTA & MMM (media mix modeling).
- Coordinate the onboarding of new data sources from vendors and providing intent for integrating the data into our existing data models.
- Collaborate with our brand and growth team to test and develop insights on new creative and messaging.
- Communicate marketing performance and insights to the marketing team and executives.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 5+ years of marketing / analytics / business intelligence experience, working with and across large datasets, delivering insights and data visualizations to business stakeholders.
- A BA/BS degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Business/Economics or other quantitative field, or equivalent experience in the field.
- Solid experience in leveraging analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and improve growth performance, demonstrating a keen ability to optimize spend and maximize ROI.
- Experience with metrics-driven performance marketing, including A/B testing, web & app event tracking, and leveraging attribution & CRM systems.
- Deep familiarity with CPA/CAC, CPC, CVR, and LTV, and how one influences another.
- Exceptional mathematical skills, applying a critical eye to the approach in understanding our data. You aren’t fooled by randomness or regressions to the mean, and recognize assumptions that need to be explicitly controlled for.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SQL, with advanced skills that allow you to easily extract data from multiple data sources for analysis and visualizationKnowledge and familiarity with Python to manipulate and tweak data science models.
- Experience in machine learning, and statistical and predictive modeling using is a plus.

The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $145,000-165,000
