Senior Gtm Analyst
LOCATION
Seattle, WA (Remote work available)
QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years with Business Intelligence tools, 5+ years supporting analytics on pricing, revenue forecasting, Sales performance, client churn; 4+ years writing and optimizing SQL queries; experience with Data Lake/Warehouse tools (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake); strong communication and statistical analysis skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and implement analytics strategies for the GTM team, conduct pricing and market analysis, develop critical KPIs, support data quality, create and maintain reports and dashboards, communicate insights to stakeholders, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

Join Omnidian as a Senior Go-to-Market Analyst to drive analytics strategies, support pricing, and provide insights that influence revenue strategy in a fast-growing tech-enabled service company.
The Job
What You’ll Do

- Strategic Analysis
- Collaborate with the CRO, VP of Finance and others to complete pricing analysis including analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to develop and implement optimal pricing strategies
- Collaborate with the Data Science, Product Marketing, and Marketing teams to complete analysis in support of case studies and proof points to support our value proposition
- Analytical Design, Implementation, and Insights
- Partner with the Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing and Client Success teams to consult, develop and implement critical KPIs (including around customer churn, Sales performance, LTV and CAC reporting, etc)
- Support data quality and accuracy through collaboration and partnership with the Data Management team
- Own the design, development and maintenance of new and existing reports, dashboards, and visualizations which are focused on internal operations as well as external client health and behaviors
- Leverage advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- GTM & Stakeholder Partnership
- Translate business needs into clear analytical requirements
- Prioritize projects and initiatives based on potential impact and alignment with strategic goals
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business (including other departments like Finance and Product) to foster a data-driven culture

Experience You'll Need
- 7+ years with Business Intelligence tools
- 5+ years of experience supporting analytics on concepts like pricing, revenue forecasting, Sales performance, client churn, etc
- 4+ years experience writing, updating, and optimizing SQL queries
- 3+ years experience with Databricks or similar Data Lake / Warehouse tools (e.g., Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift)
- Proven ability to lead and manage analytical projects
- Experience preparing and communicating analytical insights to senior management
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets
Experience Thats a Plus
- You have worked alongside Sales or other GTM teams in the past, and understand the key KPIs that are at the heart of each function
- Experience with Sigma
