SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Senior Manager of Inside Sales to lead a remote team, focusing on driving revenue growth through effective lead acquisition and process optimization in the property rental sector.
- Oversee a team of Inside Sales Representatives and BDRs, provide coaching mentorship, and align to sales objectives and professional development opportunities.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
- Provides daily coaching and feedback to ensure the team’s selling and retaining new and current clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional inside sales, inbound, and lead targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities within the multifamily and rental sector.
- Collaborate with field leadership, marketing, and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
- Evaluate and enhance existing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices for inbound lead management, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Utilize sales tools to track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and generate actionable insights and review phone and video calls
- Oversee the BDR team's management of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), ensuring proper conversion and handoff to sales representatives.
- Support lead development and research initiatives to bolster sales efforts and expand the customer base and retention
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior inside sales management role, overseeing large teams of remote inside sales representatives and BDRs.
- Experience in inbound and outbound lead acquisition, high-volume outreach, and process improvement.
- Experience in the multifamily and rental market and sales dynamics within this sector is a plus but not needed
- Experience with sales training, implementation, and development programs.
- Experience with CRM software, call and video analyzing, and feedback and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in forecasting, sales process, and pipeline management
- Working knowledge and current experience with MEDDIC, Spin, or similar sales methodology.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but it is not necessary.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and their impact on sales.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
