Senior Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Inside Sales and Rental Representative; this is a full-time position that will focus on selling Bobcat Compact Tractors, Mowers, Utility Vehicles and Rental of Bobcat Compact Equipment and Attachments.

Duties include, but are not limited to: inside sales, telemarketing, demonstrating equipment, and internet marketing.

Experience in sales or marketing, compact equipment, good communication skills and a mechanical aptitude are desired. We offer an excellent salary-based compensation package with commission, health insurance, 401K, and vacation benefits. Excellence in this challenging position pave the way to outside sales and department manager positions.

Responsibilities

· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

· Assist with updating online inventory and posting equipment on social media.

· Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information

· Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management

· Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· At least 1 - 3 years of sales experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
