SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through innovative email and SMS marketing strategies at Rocksbox.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Map the customer lifecycle and execute communication initiatives across Email and SMS to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention
Develop email strategy to support key business goals, including acquisition, purchase conversion, and customer engagement
Own email KPI metrics, build reports, and share results with cross-functional teams to measure program success
Manage the email calendar, coordinate creative, and collaborate with stakeholders to schedule messaging aligned with business goals
Oversee product/trend messaging, customer referral programs, shipment engagement, and winback strategies through email campaigns
Build and implement email automation strategies to enhance program efficiency and customer experience
Develop and evolve email personalization strategies to improve engagement and email performance metrics
Manage SMS calendar, including copy creation, deployment, and execution, aligned with acquisition and engagement goals
Collaborate cross-functionally on SMS strategy to drive acquisition, purchase conversion, and member engagement
Monitor email deliverability and domain health, manage loyalty program engagement, and assist with CRM-related product launches
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
3-5 years of experience managing lifecycle campaigns in Iterable, MailChimp and/or other email marketing platforms, in addition to SMS
Experience with building and coding emails in-platform
Candidate much be extremely organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to meet deadline-driven projects
Familiarity with loyalty programs and other online marketing channels (Paid Social, Search, Affiliate, Influencer), a plus
Familiarity with Attentive (email and SMS), Shopify, Excel, a plus

The salary range for this opportunity is $120,000- $140,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
