The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead outbound communication strategies to nurture and convert leads, focusing on engaging customers through targeted email and SMS campaigns to improve conversion rates and retention.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Build and Execute Email and SMS Campaigns
- Develop, implement, and optimize email and SMS strategies to address specific stages of the customer journey - from acquisition to reducing funnel leakage.
- Craft compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audience, driving engagement and conversion.
- Lifecycle Strategy Development
- Analyze customer behaviors and funnel metrics to identify leakage points and develop tailored communication plans to re-engage users
- Segment customers effectively to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
- Automation and Workflow Management
- Set up and manage on Salesforce automated workflows for onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back campaigns.
- Optimize triggers and timing to enhance customer experiences and maximize results
- Data-Driven Optimization:Measure and analyze campaign performance, using data to inform and improve strategy.
- Report on key lifecycle KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and churn metrics.
- Experimentation and Iteration
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, send times, and other variables.
- Establish a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve messaging and strategy.

- 4+ years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing, with a proven track record of reducing funnel leakage through targeted campaigns.
- Expertise in email and SMS marketing platforms and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and design.
- Deep understanding of customer journeys and segmentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Nice to Have: Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS marketing.
