What You’ll Do
- This individual would serve a critical role managing Complex’s advertising and sales campaigns across its short-form and long-form programming
- This highly collaborative and detail-oriented person will also help develop strategies to optimize reporting and execution in close collaboration with the strategy and revenue operations teams
- Oversee campaign delivery across multiple channels, including podcasts, social media, video, and dynamic ad insertion
- Manage post-sale operations, including campaign overviews and statement of work execution
- Provide comprehensive campaign reporting, insights and under-delivery concerns
- Collaborate with Finance team to support month-end billing processes
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across various social platforms
- Collaborate on audience development initiatives, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Deliver regular performance reports and spend analysis
- Compile and present market insights to the sales team, including new social ad products
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic recommendations
- Monitor industry trends and market activities
- Analyze campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to drive performance for internal and client-owned products
- Contribute to cross-functional growth strategy development
- Streamline operational processes to support growth initiatives
- Maintain a comprehensive campaign insights repository
- Work is sedentary and involves sitting for the majority of work hours
- Able to work full-time M-F and nights and weekends as needed
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.6+ years of experience in audience development, digital marketing, or paid media roles, with a focus on strategic leadership.
- Proven track record of driving audience growth and managing successful paid media campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
