LOCATION
Position is based in a hybrid format, involving collaboration with various teams for FIFA World Cup 26™ related marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of integrated marketing experience across digital, social media, event management, and marketing strategy. Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and experience in a fast-paced environment are crucial. Understanding of FIFA regulations and bilingual proficiency (especially in French and/or Spanish) is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement consumer marketing strategies, manage integrated channel plans, track performance metrics, work with creative teams on marketing assets, and ensure compliance with brand standards. Build relationships with stakeholders and manage marketing calendars.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive B2C marketing for FIFA World Cup 26™, focusing on customer-centric campaigns and leveraging data insights to enhance hospitality sales.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Drive marketing strategy from insights to execution, leading the development and implementation of consumer marketing efforts
- Own integrated channel plans, cascading go-live dates and shifts to cross-functional partners
- Develop case studies on relevant campaigns and products
- Own and maintain all necessary resources & decks in preparation of and for weekly cross-functional meetings and major marketing milestones
- Research & work closely with agency partners on brand and campaign efforts
- Manage relationships with ambassadors and content creators supporting the program
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- In partnership with senior management set channel KPI’s to reach hospitality sales goals
- Analysis of engagement & performance metrics, adapting strategies to maximize campaign impact
- Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including top of week reporting, building of and maintaining marketing calendars
Marketing Asset Development:
- Work closely with creative teams, agencies and FIFA on marketing assets, messaging and frameworks
- Manage the customization of marketing materials for different consumer groups to support their unique regional and audience-specific needs.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, including sales, creative, and tech to ensure seamless collaboration
Compliance & Brand Integrity:
- Ensure all consumer marketing efforts comply with FIFA and On Location brand standards, marketing guidelines, and legal regulations.
You Have:
- 5+ years integrated marketing experience - digital, relationship, social media, OOH, campaign, content marketing, event management, marketing strategy, and marketing operations
- Experience with developing content strategies and managing digital content development
- Refined communication skills and the proven ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
- A results-focused approach with a deep sense of accountability and experience driving large projects from start to finish
- A strategic mindset including interpreting data to inform strategy and execution
- A collaborative spirit with experience developing relationships with a diverse range of partners
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand integrity
- Proactive disposition with the willingness to take the reins on any project and the resourcefulness to find the answers you need to get the job done
- Capacity for seeing and implementing new and innovative approaches to the traditional way of handling or thinking about a problem
- People management experience
- Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup
