QUALIFICATIONS
7+ years of digital marketing experience, including integrated marketing, sales development marketing, and media industry experience; strong public speaking and exemplary writing skills; proven success in executing marketing programs from conception to completion.

Manage and mentor a global Integrated Marketing team, create marketing materials and sales proposals, collaborate with various teams for client programs, manage RFP responses, and deliver compelling proposals that align with client objectives.

The Integrated Marketing Senior Manager will lead a global team to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives, delivering innovative marketing solutions to Reuters clients across multiple verticals.
The Integrated Marketing Senior Manager is a solutions-oriented and a creative leader with the ability to connect digital marketing strategies to business objectives, finding ways to compellingly communicate Reuters value propositions to clients.
About the Role
As our Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will:
- Manage and mentor global Integrated Marketing team
- Create and deliver best-in-class marketing materials and sales proposals
- Collaborate with Professional and Events teams to conceptualize and create programs for Reuters largest clients across the full set of verticals including Financial Services, Technology, Sustainability/Energy, Healthcare, etc.
- Play a key role in managing RFP responses, proactive proposals and custom presentations that deliver innovative ideas to support our client’s objectives
- Articulate strategic ideas via written proposals and presentations that effectively communicate each concept & deliverable
- Partner with Professional and Events Sales (particularly on-the-ground in US, but virtually across the world), Editorial, Product, Reuters Plus and Marketing to identify and activate new opportunities
- Partner with Sales teams to understand advertiser/client objectives and deliver compelling marketing programs/proposals that deliver against these needs
- Play a critical role in the Marketing leadership team
Key Deliverables:
- Arm sales team with powerful selling materials, including presentations, collateral to improve the conversion rate of client proposals
- Up-level marketing materials from a visual, narrative and speed to market perspective
- Develop a deep understanding of what the Sales teams’ needs are: collateral, objection handling, competitive intelligence, etc. and lead the team to deliver against these
- Partner with Senior Marketing Director and create/refine the processes for department success.
- Partner with Senior Marketing Director and create new category/vertical growth opportunities
About You
You're a fit for the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing if you:
- 7+ year Digital Marketing experience, including experience in integrated marketing, sales development marketing, media industry, news agency marketing, ad agency marketing
- Proactive and energetic team leader and a player
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills
- Exemplary writing skills
- Proven success in execution of marketing programs from conception to completion
- Excellent design judgment and creativity
- Extensive marketing experience in the Media/Publishing or Content distribution industry
- Solution oriented and optimistic
