We’re on the hunt for an extremely talented Demand Generation team leader to join our phenomenal company and Marketing team! This position will collaborate closely with content, product marketing, and sales teams to drive high-impact organic growth strategies through multi-channel demand generation programs. We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring a high-performing team, and someone who can jump in and combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.


What You'll Do

  • Orchestrate complex, multi-touch marketing campaigns across various channels including email, content, digital advertising, webinars/virtual events, and partner marketing
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies across multiple concurrent campaigns, ensuring alignment with company revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Oversee a high-performing team, participating in daily coaching and mentoring to support individual and team growth
  • Collaborate closely within the Marketing team, including Product, Content, and Creative teams, as well as Sales to drive demand generation initiatives
  • Head campaign planning and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
  • Lead the development of ROI/KPI campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, identifying key trends and insights, as well as opportunities to optimize based on results

Work Experience

What You've Done

  • 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, including SaaS
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce and Hubspot (including demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing workflows, automation, and reporting)
  • Expanded demand in new and existing segments across relevant channels
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and managing direct reports
  • Ability to derive insights from campaign data and ROI reporting
  • Demonstrated success in lead nurturing and engagement/re-engagement campaigns
  • Strong understanding of database hygiene and best practices
  • Exceptional email and campaign creation skills and editing
  • Proven ability to tackle challenges head-on and remove obstacles, setting a high standard for both yourself and your team
