We are seeking a passionate, data-driven and growth-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across various channels to promote each university partner in the KUP portfolio and accelerate student enrollments. They will be a key player in autonomously developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across various channels to drive sustainable growth. They will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, multivariate experiments, and other data-driven approaches to optimize campaign performance. They will also support the launch of new products and develop brand-specific strategic marketing initiatives. This role reports directly to the Executive Director Product Marketing.
Primary/Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on acquiring new enrollments.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Target Audience and Segmentation: Identify new traffic sources and target audience segments to deliver on enrollment targets
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify key metrics, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a direct report, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally, internally and externally, to develop marketing initiatives and materials to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Testing and Optimization: Implement testing strategies to optimize campaigns and user experience for improved conversion rates.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, communicate key findings to stakeholders, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; focus in Marketing, Communications or Technology preferred
- 4+ years digital marketing experience, including creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, including target audience segmentation, messaging, and content strategy
- Self-starter who takes initiative, suggests new ideas, continuously learns, and possesses a high degree of independence.
- Ability to work effectively across a variety of internal and external teams with varying work styles and stakeholders of all levels
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in which work is often non-routine and priorities, projects, and stakeholders shift frequently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
