Senior Manager, Product Marketing
LOCATION
Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, proven experience in product marketing, excellent communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with SEO best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement marketing strategies, build tailored marketing plans for product launches, collaborate with cross-functional teams, plan and execute marketing programs, monitor campaign effectiveness, and provide direction to marketing personnel.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Lead marketing efforts for residential product lines, driving brand growth through strategic planning and collaboration with multiple teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
- Build marketing plans to support product introductions that are customized to fit the needs of each specific launch
- Collaborate with product management, sales and relevant teams to develop a communication and positioning plan for individual markets and segments
- Plan and execute the marketing programs, advertising and promotion activities for product line of responsibility
- Provide direction to marketing department personnel who are responsible for supporting the determined initiatives, programs and promotions
- Develop and continuously improve marketing processes and policies needed to support company requirements and customer wants and needs
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Researches, analyzes, and reports on industry, technological, demographic, and competitive trends to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize the effects of competitive activity
- Provides comprehensive briefs to creative team for execution
Responsibilities as a manager may include interviewing and hiring employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Must be effective in working in a cross functional environment
- Must have excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills and familiarity with SEO best practices
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Must have proven experience tracking campaign effectiveness through tools such as SFDC, Eloqua, etc.
- Must have excellent understanding of consumer marketing, segmentation, vertical markets, and the development of a marketing communication plan.
