Senior Manager, Product Marketing
LOCATION
Ridgefield Park, N.J.
QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of relevant industry experience in product/brand marketing, experience with national and regional retail accounts, product lifecycle management, P&L management, strong Microsoft Office skills, bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred, and experience with market data tracking services preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the primary liaison for marketing activities related to products, develop go-to-market strategies, manage product lifecycle, support sales channels, prepare forecasts, achieve sales and market share goals, and create promotional plans and product marketing presentations.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Senior Manager will lead product marketing for Samsung's Audio business, focusing on marketing program design, execution, new product launches, and lifecycle management to achieve sales objectives.

- Product category roadmap and lifecycle
- Strategic promotional plans and calendars
- Weekly forecasts and formation of plans to close gaps vs. monthly/quarterly/annual plans
- Achievement of category sales and market share goals
- Maintenance of category WOS targets
- Communication with and updates to overseas HQ counterparts
- Development of a holistic strategy to manage assortment across multiple partners and channels without price or market disruption
- Creation and presentation of product marketing decks to retail partners
- Product messaging and positioning
- Other responsibilities as defined
- 10+ years relevant industry experience; product/brand marketing and communication skills coupled with CE industry knowledge are required
- Experience working with both National and Regional retail (including pureplay.com and retail.com) accounts is required
- Product lifecycle management experience, particularly in product launch and channel inventory management, is required
- P&L management experience is required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Ability to effectively lead negotiations and define programs with customers and partners
- Understanding of Circana, and other market data tracking services is preferred
