SHORT DESCRIPTION
Join Cumming Group as a Senior Marketing Coordinator to work on exciting projects while collaborating with a diverse marketing team and supporting various marketing initiatives.
- Organize and manage professional headshot and other photography sessions across all U.S. offices.
- Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of promotional giveaways for various offices and events, ensuring timely delivery.
- Handle invoice processing and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely financial transactions to maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Assist in the planning and execution of client events in the US, including vendor management and RSVP coordination (utilizing platforms like RSVPify), as well as ordering and shipping supplies and promotional materials.
- Create conference and event landing pages that effectively communicate event details and enhance attendee experience.
- Manage logistics for booth and exhibit requirements at major national conferences, including design, setup, and breakdown.
- Assist in the coordination of special projects and events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Support the development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, flyers, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assist in the generation of compelling social media content, collaborating with the marketing team to enhance online engagement and brand presence.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to utilize effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Up-to-date understanding of marketing trends and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy and consistency.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with the principles of marketing automation.
- Ability to independently manage up to 10 external events where participation is sponsorship or attending.
- Proactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression.
