Job Description – Senior Marketing Manager


We are hiring for the position of Senior Marketing Manager to strategically position our businesses, LiveWire, BlackRock and LiveWire Energy in the construction and Renewable Energy industry. This role partners with operations, leadership, and business development, to craft compelling materials about our businesses and we’re looking for candidates with proven experience.

You love storytelling and the content creating process. You’re driven to understand your audience and find stories that resonate with them. You can write compelling, engaging, and persuasive language for corporate reports, social media, websites and more. You’re also a strong editor who can review existing literature, ensuring that all content is well-written, engaging and aligned with our strategic and business goals.


Responsibilities/Duties


  • Lead the development of communication plans for internal and external marketing and align marketing materials and pursuits with the appropriate messaging, aesthetic, tone and voice to drive presence in the industry.
  • Strategically develop custom content for each business, treating each business as a unique entity (narratives, project profiles, graphics) and proofread and edit all prints and packages. Coordinate and manage business specific projects and company photography.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create an optimized marketing campaign for LiveWire, BlackRock and LiveWire Energy on all company digital and non-digital platforms. Provide guidance on concepts that align with each brand messaging and industry specific information. Coordinate approval with internal teams. Generate content ideas based on market and industry trends.
  • Social Engine Optimizing: Track all content marketing, monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools, providing regular reports on effectiveness of contents and rate of audience growth and engagement as it directly correlates with content marketing.
  • Continually optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity for identifying new opportunities.
  • Edit written materials for clarity, grammar, style and brand alignment, including newsletters, company announcements, marketing collateral and more.
  • Ensure that internal and external marketing communications strategy aligns with overall business strategy/goals and supports/strengthens the company's brand.
  • Company Reputation Management- Monitor and request online reviews on all social interactive platforms – Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Creative design tools and on-demand talent: Knowledge of relevant design tools or software. Ability to create effective graphics and video/image editing.
  • Proactively ensures storage of all files. Ensure that written publications, documents, materials and photography are effectively stored in cloud.
  • Content Marketing: Manages content development and execution for various internal and external communications, including company websites, social media, industry publication contents and more.

Education, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related discipline is required.
  • At least 7 years of continuous marketing experience in corporate marketing required, construction industry experience is preferred. Proven digital marketing experience is required.
  • High level and Industry relevant and business specific communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to deliver quality through attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and still be proactive and resourceful
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to obtain information or solve problems in support of company goals
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment and to adapt to changes in the needs of the company to ensure competitive advantage
  • Ability to build relationships, work cross-functionally and collaboratively with teams, both within and outside of the organization.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time performing desk work.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to understand the speech of another person
  • Must be able to speak clearly so listeners can understand
  • Must be able to see details of objects that are less than, or more than a few feet away
