Senior Marketing Manager
LOCATION
Pittsburgh, PA (on-site ~3 days per week, eligible for work-from-home ~2 days per week)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience, 5+ years in branding and content creation, proficiency in Meta and Google Ads, extensive graphic design experience, and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and execute the marketing strategy for Birgo Capital, manage social media presence and content creation, coordinate public relations efforts, oversee graphic designs and video production, optimize ad campaigns, and support investor events and internal marketing initiatives.

Job Summary
Lead Birgo Capital's marketing function as our Senior Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director of Capital Markets. You will curate Birgo's story to engage investors, inspire employees, and captivate the community. From social media and ad campaigns to podcasts and white papers, you'll produce thought leadership in multi-family investing. You will also collaborate across departments to meet company-wide marketing needs. Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate!

Core Responsibilities
- Own the marketing strategy and execution for Birgo Capital, bringing subject matter expertise to elevate our reach
- Shape and align Birgo's brand identity, voice, and content strategy to achieve capital-raising goals
- Manage the company's social media presence, website, and Real Returns podcast to build an engaged community around Birgo
- Continually improve marketing strategies by interpreting performance data and team insights
- Coordinate public relations efforts, including press releases
- Create and oversee polished, professional graphic designs and videos
- Master evolving Meta and Google Ads strategies to optimize performance
- Direct the work of full-time virtual assistants to support marketing initiatives
- Identify, procure, and oversee consultants to execute key projects
- Support investor events by coordinating logistics such as the venue, vendors, and program
- Support Birgo's marketing efforts across the company, including employer branding, employee events, and Rhino Operating System (ROS)
- Other duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Successful Candidate Profile
Experience
- 5+ years in branding and content creation, ideally within financial products or services
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategies to boost audience engagement, elevate brand perception, and achieve measurable business outcomes
- Extensive graphic design experience or a proven ability to manage designers to deliver exceptional results
- Proficiency in creating or overseeing the production of high-quality video content
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and managing effective ad campaigns
- Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Adept at coordinating external resources, including designers, writers, and video producers
- Experience allocating marketing budgets and analyzing ROI
Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or qualifying work experience

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft persuasive, engaging, and valuable content for marketing materials and thought leadership
- Analytical: Ability to track and analyze performance metrics for content and brand
- Data-driven: Must have the ability to synthesize and utilize data to optimize content performance
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient with marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining quality control and adhering to timelines and budgets
