Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; 5 years of direct casino marketing experience; strong understanding of marketing principles and proven experience in developing marketing campaigns.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Responsible for executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives for Cherokee Casino properties, focusing on driving customer engagement and managing marketing operations.
Responsible for developing, organizing, and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the overall business objectives of Sallisaw & Roland Cherokee Casino properties. This includes overseeing all aspects of marketing operations, including advertising, promotions, player development, and guest services. The Sr. Marketing Manager works closely with other departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and drive customer engagement.
- Develop, plan, and execute strategic marketing plans for the casino property within budgetary guidelines.
- Coordinate with corporate marketing for advertising, direct mail campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of property, corporate, player development, and special promotions.
- Manage the annual marketing budget for the property.
- Oversee special events, entertainment, bus tours, player development programs, and guest services.
- Prepare and submit required Gaming Commission reports.
- Supervise direct marketing reports, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Manage player club activities in accordance with property and corporate promotions.
- Plan and implement special events and VIP programs for guests.
- Utilize player development systems to enhance player engagement and drive repeat visitation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of direct casino marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including advertising, promotions, public relations, and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong budget management and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke, loud noises, and varying temperatures.
