Position Overview
As the Senior Marketing Manager at EverFence, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies designed to increase customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across both online and offline channels. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling EverFence’s marketing efforts, leveraging your expertise in SEM, paid media, and multi-channel marketing to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of end-to-end marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including Paid Search (Google), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram), Display, Direct Mail, Out-of-Home (OOH), CTV/OTT, Affiliate Marketing, and Referral Programs.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance of all marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI). Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights, identifying trends, and recommending adjustments to improve results.
- Customer Acquisition & Funnel Optimization: Manage the full acquisition funnel, focusing on customer acquisition, conversion, re-engagement, and referral strategies. Continuously analyze and optimize the customer journey to improve conversion rates at each stage.
- Budget & Forecasting: Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring spend aligns with company goals. Forecast and track monthly goals for spend, CPL, CAC, and LTV to ensure campaigns are efficient and meet business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative/brand marketing and product management teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with EverFence’s brand vision and customer needs. Foster strong collaboration across teams to develop compelling, customer-focused campaigns.
- Channel Expansion & Innovation: Proactively identify new customer acquisition channels and emerging platforms to expand EverFence’s reach. Test, refine, and scale new strategies to increase lead volume and improve conversion.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends. Use insights to inform marketing strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and drive innovation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in the home services, remodeling, or construction industry.
- Paid Media Expertise: At least 2 years of experience managing SEM, Google/Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Funnel & Acquisition Marketing: Proven track record in managing the full customer acquisition funnel (acquisition, conversion, re-engagement, and referral), with a deep understanding of both online and offline marketing channels.
- Budget Management: Experience owning and managing marketing budgets, with a strong focus on forecasting and achieving monthly goals for CPL, CAC, and LTV.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including creative/brand marketing, product management, and sales teams.
- Channel Proficiency: Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across a variety of channels, including Paid Social, SEM, Direct Mail, OOH, Affiliates, Referral, and more.
- Analytical & Reporting Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance metrics. Comfortable using analytics tools and reporting platforms.
- Emerging Trends: Ability to stay ahead of marketing trends and explore new customer acquisition opportunities through emerging platforms and strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $142,401.00 per year
