Job Description
The Senior Marketing Manager of Aspen Ventures will lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for the division and encompasses end-to-end marketing responsibilities, including go-to-market strategy, digital marketing strategy, content briefing, and partnership development. The role will collaborate with Aspen’s creative and social media shared services, ecommerce team, interface closely with the product design and development team, and manage one direct report and is responsible for driving awareness and revenue for Aspen Collection apparel, mountain and ski wear, and expanding Aspen-inspired experiences within and beyond the region. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, digitally savvy, and highly skilled at developing creative briefs for content creation. This position reports to the CMO & Aspen Ventures COO.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 annually. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience, all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and revenue for Aspen Collection apparel, rentals, and experiences.
Identify and explore new opportunities for business growth, partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion that align with Aspen One’s values as well as build and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and experiential offerings.
Brand Management
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with Aspen One across all marketing touchpoints.
Develop and oversee compelling creative briefs that inform content creation and storytelling initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand’s unique point of view.
Partner with Aspen One’s head of social media and influencer marketing to develop strategies and goals, rather than directly managing these areas.
Promote the lifestyle and culture of Aspen to both existing loyalists and a global audience.
Collaboration & Team Leadership
Interface with the product design and development team to ensure marketing strategies align with product vision and innovation.
Brief creative and digital needs to Aspen’s creative and digital teams, collaborating on paid digital, SEO, affiliate, email, and other communications to drive engagement and revenue.
Manage and mentor one direct report, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team dynamic.
Analytics & Performance
Analyze marketing data, consumer insights, and industry trends to inform and refine strategies and regularly report on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics to senior leadership and monitor competitive activity and emerging technologies to maintain a forward-thinking approach.
Operational Excellence
Develop and manage Aspen Ventures marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources and delivery of results and develop scalable processes to support growth and efficiency across the division.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on luxury and apparel marketing.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficient knowledge in driving revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content briefing.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and creativity.
Deep appreciation for Aspen’s culture, heritage, and values is a plus.
Possess a relatable yet elevated luxury perspective, strong creative and brand acumen, and extensive experience in apparel marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, works well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.
