Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our senior living healthcare brand. This role will focus on driving awareness, building trust, and generating leads for our healthcare solutions aimed at senior living communities, operators, and healthcare providers. You will work closely with sales and operations teams to drive marketing strategies that elevate our brand, position our products in the market, engage key stakeholders, and accelerate business growth in a fast-paced and revenue focused environment. This role will report directly to the SVP, Marketing.
Duties:
- Lead Marketing efforts for software products and services, including go-to-market via an understanding of industry factors, buyer personas, and competitive landscape to position LivTech as a trusted leader in senior living healthcare solutions
- Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and voice across all channels.
- Identify the relevant market facing positioning of key benefits with the purpose of providing education to sales, marketing and other customer and prospect facing assets.
- Work closely with Sales Development to acquire and manage high quality prospect databases and develop effective outbound campaigns to these targets
- Working closely with sales team to accelerate sales efforts and support bookings and revenue goals, and actively monitor and report on demo requests, MQL generation, conversion, and influence.
- Develop compelling content tailored to the senior living healthcare industry, including white papers, case studies, blogs, videos, and webinars, positioning LivTech as an expert resource.
- Collaborate with the event team to plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase our brand and solutions.
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities for executives and subject matter experts.
- Manage sponsorships and partnerships with key senior living and healthcare associations.
- Manage and mentor a small team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Build a performance-driven culture by setting clear KPIs and regularly reporting on progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the healthcare or senior living industries.
- Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns, including demand generation, content marketing, and ABM.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, with agility and a hyper-focus on demand generation
- Understanding of healthcare marketing regulations, industry trends, and customer personas within the senior living space is preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot), and analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering on ROI goals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a changing environment, and lead and drive direction with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate product and feature capabilities into easily understood messages that can be used for multiple purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, characterized by being able to work with others, readily accepting constructive comments, and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
