Seeking a results-driven Sr. Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth at PaulHood, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that generate leads, build brand awareness, and support revenue goals for PaulHood. You'll collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing on strategic planning and work cross-functionally with the Sales team to ensure alignment and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Execution: Implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns. Track and analyze lead generation performance to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
- Strategy Planning Support: Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop and refine the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Website Management and Optimization: Oversee the website's performance, ensuring it's userfriendly, optimized for conversions, and aligned with brand messaging. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve user experience and drive results.
- Competitor Tracking: Monitor competitor activities, analyze their strategies, and identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- HubSpot Management & Reporting: Oversee the HubSpot platform, ensuring effective utilization for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer relationship management. Develop and maintain marketing dashboards within HubSpot to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights into campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Product Marketing & GTM Execution: Lead the execution of gotomarket strategies for new products and services, alongside the VP of Marketing, ensuring effective launch plans, messaging, and promotional activities. Develop and execute product marketing strategies that highlight key features, benefits, and value propositions to target audiences.
- Sales & Revenue Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments as necessary to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. This includes providing sales enablement materials, ensuring a smooth lead handoff process, and establishing closedloop reporting to track marketing's impact on revenue generation.
- Email Campaign Delivery and Optimization: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement, and support conversion goals.
- Ad Planning and Execution: Execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including search, social, and display, with regular optimization to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives within the budget assigned.
- Event Planning: Plan and execute successful events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows, to generate leads, build brand awareness, and foster relationships.

Experience and Education You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing
- Experience with paid advertising across Google, Facebook and Instagram
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer relationship management.
- Proven track record of success in driving marketing results and achieving revenue goals.
- Experience in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, HubSpot and WordPress
