OneDigital is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to drive growth in the Carolinas and Tennessee by developing integrated marketing strategies and collaborating with national teams to enhance brand visibility and revenue.
In this leadership role, you will spearhead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies that align with dynamic sales and retention objectives across our various business verticals. You will be part of a team of marketing professionals collaborating across functions to drive impactful initiatives that fuel both brand growth and revenue expansion across the Carolinas and Tennessee. You will lead market-focused initiatives while collaborating with our national marketing team to deliver strategies and assets for OneDigital’s insurance, HR, and financial services solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing Leadership:
- Serve as a key stakeholder on the Southeast regional marketing and market leadership teams.
- Provide marketing insights to support market growth.
- Act as a liaison for local/regional needs with the national marketing organization.
- Assess market growth and differentiation opportunities.
- Understand competitor positioning and identify marketing strategies.
- Monitor results to maximize profitability, brand consistency, and market growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing plans aligned with sales goals and business objectives.
- Integrate marketing initiatives across all functions for maximum effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Ensure messaging resonates with prospective clients.
- Drive lead generation efforts and close sales opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights, data analysis, and recommendations.
Brand Awareness & Campaigns:
- Lead regional brand awareness activities.
- Oversee integrated advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage growth event marketing and campaign execution.
- Direct the development of compelling, region-specific content across all marketing channels.
- Lead the execution of regional marketing plans focused on digital lead generation, content marketing, PR, webinars, social media, and print collateral.
- Optimize campaign strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for regional growth events.
- Equip regional offices with tools, resources, and strategies for successful event execution.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Regularly report on key performance metrics and campaign outcomes to senior leadership.
- Provide updates, recommendations, and insights to inform broader business strategy.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in employee benefits, insurance, human resources, and/or financial services, B2C experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to drive MQLs as a result of integrated and digital marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Demonstrated experience working with much of the following: Powerpoint, social, (LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, etc.) digital, (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, SimpleBooklet, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Google Analytics), design (Adobe Suite, Canva), and organizational platforms (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Smartsheet).
- Ability to coordinate the activities of outside vendors to accomplish multiple, concurrent deadlines;
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, independent or team environment;
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
- A continuous learner with ability to accept constructive feedback and grow as a result;
- Hybrid role requiring some in-office time; travel required throughout the Southeast to various office locations (15-20%)
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
