Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 5-8 years of experience in Email Marketing/Digital Marketing; B2B marketing experience and proficiency with photo/video editing software and Google Analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your core responsibilities as a Senior Marketing Specialist will include the following.
- Generate and publish engaging and relevant photo and video content across social media platforms, fostering audience interaction, increasing brand awareness, and maintaining a consistent online presence aligned with the company's marketing objectives on a daily basis.
- Develop and produce video concepts and collaborate on strategy for social channels with motion graphics, stock footage, voiceover, and music.
- Design, gather, write, edit, and proof content for email and web communication initiatives.
- Independently plan, produce and edit a wide variety of written and video content for web, email, social media and print materials media (includes video description, thumbnail, subtitles, blog support, tracking links).
- Develop, design, and curate engaging content for newsletters, ensuring relevant information is delivered to the target audience in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing strategies, lead generation techniques, and other diverse digital marketing methods to ensure a comprehensive and effective online presence for the company.
- Apply knowledge in SEO/SEM techniques, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Stay current on video, marketing, and social media trends and best practices.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks while remaining flexible and adaptable to evolving requirements and shifting priorities
- Create dedicated branded posts working from both supplied templates and organic messaging.
- Implement strategies to boost website traffic through various channels, analyzing data to optimize visitor engagement and enhance online visibility.
- Generate and publish engaging and relevant content across social media platforms, fostering audience interaction, increasing brand awareness, and maintaining a consistent online presence aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Research and planning of search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and other digital marketing methods.
- Conduct research and collaborate with internal teams to collect resources for content development.
- Monitor email performance metrics and implement optimizations to improve open rates and click-through rates.
MUST POSSESS:
- 5-8 years of experience in Email Marketing / Digital Marketing / Digital Messaging / Graphic Design in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector
- Business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to create and implement effective B2B marketing strategies
- Experience with photo/video editing software including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Motion graphics, Adobe suites etc.
- Strong skills using Google Analytics to review data analytics and generate reports with insights.
- Research and planning of search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and other digital marketing methods
- Experience with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management tools to manage campaign execution and reporting.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint, social media, blog writing and proofreading.
