We provide 11 residential solar solutions, covering solutions from 3.6KW (inverter grid-connected power) to 20KW, with optional battery size; 17 small and medium-sized enterprise solar solutions, covering solutions from 20KW to 185KW, with optional batteries and fast charging piles. Our goal is to empower individuals and businesses to transition to clean, renewable energy through innovative products and expert advice. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to help drive our brand’s growth, increase online sales, and raise awareness about solar energy solutions.
Job Description:
As a Marketing Specialist at EasySolarSupply.com, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our solar energy solutions and drive customer acquisition. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create and implement effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This role is ideal for a passionate marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment and is excited about making an impact in the renewable energy space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead at least 1 or 2 interns to carry out daily marketing work. Obtain potential customers, make initial contacts and communicate with them. And transfer customers with clear intentions to remote sales staff in various states.
- It is a necessary condition that you can work in the office at least 2 days per week, preferably 3 days per week. You can work remotely at other times.
- Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search (Google Ads), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), email marketing, and display ads.
- Content Strategy: Lead content creation efforts for blog posts, product pages, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media. Ensure content is SEO-optimized, relevant, and aligned with the brand’s voice.
- SEO & SEM: Oversee the SEO strategy to increase organic traffic to the website, including keyword research, on-page SEO, backlink building, and content optimization. Manage SEM campaigns, ensuring effective budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms by creating engaging posts, running paid campaigns, and interacting with our audience to build a loyal community around the brand.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention, including newsletters, product promotions, and personalized email flows.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, social media insights, and email campaign data. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities to expand our product offerings.
- Brand Awareness: Work on strategies to increase brand visibility in the solar energy and e-commerce space. This includes collaborating with influencers, industry experts, and attending online industry events.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Work with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer pain points and create targeted campaigns that address those challenges and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
