The Role
Kyndryl’s Security and Resiliency global practice supports enterprise customer needs for Cyber Resilience. The Senior Offering Manager for Data Security, Responsible AI and Privacy will be responsible for offering execution for the global practice, specifically relating to advisory, implementation and managed services that help customers adopt accountable data usage, rights, and responsible AI, including:
- Data Lifecycle Management
- Data Protection

The Senior Offering Manager for Data Security, Responsible AI and Privacy, together with the global domain lead, sets detailed direction and priorities across disciplines and business units to bring offerings to market. In this role, you will:
- Oversee the entire offering life cycle from offering definition to iteration and are accountable for driving financial results for the offerings in the portfolio domain based on key outcome metrics
- Lead market, customer, and competitive research and analysis for offering(s) and contribute to POV on segment.
- Develop end-to-end business plans for offering(s), outlining user personas/needs, customer’s buying journey, and distribution channels, recommending licensing & pricing approach and revenue sharing terms, and specifying key performance metrics
- Position offerings vs. key competitors from a capability, customer value, pricing, consumability, and go-to-market perspective
- Drive the cross-functional, cross-divisional or cross-unit collaborative efforts to define offerings and meet offering schedule commitments, and actively manages plan risks associated with commitments
- Solicit direct customer input and indirect customer input from analysts and business partners. Respond to customer inquiries on offering strategy or roadmap
- Determine resource and capacity requirements for development, design, marketing, sales, and delivery to successfully bring offering to market
- Analyze potential partner relationships for the offering and work to address any gaps in the offering portfolio versus client needs or competitive positioning via organic or inorganic means
- Interface at all management and executive levels and significantly influence/impact decisions on offering strategy and direction. You’ll lead across disciplines and across the enterprise, influencing key stakeholders and organizations, including executive management, when issues may arise.
- Set direction for design, sales, and marketing to plan innovative go-to-market strategies
- Determine marketing investment by channel, convert technical positioning into key market messages, and direct Kyndryl’s messaging and outreach to best position Kyndryl.
- Maintain close relationships with marketing communications and sales management and leverages superior communication skills to socialize offering differentiation by market segment and client profile.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of offering capabilities, potential buyers/personas/cohorts, customer buying journeys, and the marketplace.
- Understand future go-to-market strategies and demonstrate expert knowledge of competitive offering strengths, weaknesses, and capabilities.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- 3+ years of offering management/product management/ product marketing with specific focus on security consulting services and solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in the Security services market, preferably experience at one of the big consulting firms, with a strong demonstrated background in Data Security, Responsible AI, and Privacy including market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Deep understanding of best practices and regulations that are the basis for developing services offerings.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with new and emerging associated framework, processes and technologies.
- Strategic thinking, methodical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Domain and Professional Experience
- 5+ years of offering management/product management/ product marketing experience with specific focus on Data Security, Responsbile AI, and Privacy
- 8+ years of experience in the Security services market with a strong demonstrated background including market trends, and competitive landscape.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $167,760 to $318,840 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California:$184,560 to $382,680
Colorado: $167,760 to $318,840
New York City: $201,360 to $382,680
Washington: $184,560 to $350,760
Washington DC:$184,560 to $350,760
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
