The Senior Paid Search & Display Manager leads client engagements by creating paid search strategies, optimizing campaigns, and guiding clients towards marketing success using deep platform expertise and analytical insights.

We're a fully remote and geographically diverse team of 25+ people who are solely focused on B2B marketing and lead generation. We provide exemplary services to our clients by utilizing subject matter experts, streamlining account management, and holding ourselves accountable to performance.

We track to revenue, we optimize pages for lead conversion, and we help clear the path to accurate pipeline measurement. We push back against platform overreach and work to combat platform waste through proactive optimization, deep platform expertise, and strong alignment with client objectives.

The Opportunity:

The Senior Paid Search & Display Manager brings "been there, done that” energy to client engagements. They think fast on their feet, communicate openly & clearly, tell great stories, and show enthusiasm for clients’ marketing results. They display confidence in their recommendations and leverage their robust experience to guide engagements. As a Senior Manager, they convince a client of what needs to be done as they build trust with the client and the internal account team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own creation and presentation of paid search & display strategies to B2B clients
  • Optimize campaigns and ad groups to achieve clients’ stated goals
  • Gain deep familiarity with down-funnel lead data and metrics of highest importance
  • Determine and execute experiments on a regular basis to drive continued performance growth. Share learnings with the wider team
  • Develop and present client QBRs that illustrate performance and progress made, with next steps and appropriate action plans based on that analysis
  • Manage the daily execution of 5-8 clients, including day-to-day client communication, deliverables, reports and all research and strategy efforts pertaining to B2B client engagements
  • Contributing to Obility company marketing and growth efforts, and documenting client success via the creation of case studies

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing paid search and display campaigns, preferably at a senior level
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with B2B clients

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua) and/or CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with B2B clients and long complex sales cycles
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
