We have an opportunity available for a Senior Paid Search Manager to work within our eCommerce Team. The Senior Paid Search Manager will be responsible for overseeing strategy, implementation, and reporting for a variety of different paid search campaigns, including paid shopping, display, remarketing, and sponsored search. Equal parts thinker and doer, the senior paid search manager will establish strategies that align with business goals, manage budgets, forecast spend and revenue, and work with the digital marketing analyst to create, launch, test, and optimize campaigns.

What you will do:

  • Develop paid advertising plans in alignment with business priorities and revenue goals
  • Oversee monthly paid search budgets, including allocation, bid strategies, and revenue forecasting
  • Build, test, and optimize paid search campaigns
  • Lead and mentor of paid search professionals
  • Prepare monthly performance reporting and ad hoc reporting as needed

What we need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid search for ecommerce, including budgeting, forecasting, and campaign execution
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of paid search or digital marketing professionals
  • Prior responsibility for managing six-figure monthly paid search budgets
  • Demonstrated success in growing revenue through paid advertising channels
  • In-depth knowledge of paid search platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Experiencing managing advertising for large product catalogs in excess of 100,000 SKUs
  • Experience in sponsored products campaigns for third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart
  • Strong analytical aptitude, with the ability to uncover trends and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Experience with PowerBI preferred
  • B2B experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment
  • Shares best practices proactively and seeks learning from others
  • Creativity and outside of the box thinking to test new approaches and build repeatable processes that scale
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
