About the job
What You’ll Do:
As the Senior Product Manager for our no-code/low-code platform, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product vision and strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams, set product priorities, and work to continuously evolve the platform to meet the growing demands of our users. This senior role requires a strategic thinker with significant experience in product management, no-code/low-code platforms, and a deep understanding of the customer journey.
- You’ll define and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for our no-code/low-code platform, aligning with company goals, market trends, and target audiences.
- You'll create, maintain, and communicate a strategic roadmap that balances short-term needs with long-term goals, managing stakeholder expectations.
- You’ll identify, optimize and own product-market fit by researching target audiences, industry verticals, and adjacent markets for growth opportunities.
- You'll collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure alignment and support for the product’s strategic goals, enabling successful product launches and go-to-market execution.
- You’ll regularly assess market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform product development and prioritize initiatives.
- You'll partner with Engineering, Security, and GCR teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, staying current on evolving standards to mitigate risks and safeguard the organization's reputation and assets.
- You’ll engage directly with customers, gathering insights and feedback to translate into actionable product enhancements that address pain points, unlock new opportunities, and improve the user experience.
- You’ll partner with marketing and sales teams to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with target markets and drive product adoption and retention.
- You’ll develop feature requirements with Product Owners and Product Designers, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams for high-quality feature delivery.
- You’ll define, track, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to evaluate and iterate on product features, driving engagement, satisfaction, and adoption.
- You’ll manage trade-offs, making data-driven decisions that prioritize initiatives by business impact, technical complexity, and user needs.
- You’ll collaborate with finance and sales to develop effective pricing models that reflect product value while driving profitability and market penetration.
- You’ll manage, develop, and support direct reports through regular one-on-ones, goal setting, and coaching, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and alignment with company objectives.
- You’ll oversee your team’s budget and resources, in addition to direct input on the Product Teams annual budget, ensuring optimal allocation to support the roadmap and strategic goals.
- You’ll serve as a product evangelist internally and externally, representing the product at key industry events, client meetings, and as a thought leader within the market.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership, or similar role, within SaaS or no-code/low-code platforms.
- Proven ability to lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to execution and post-launch analysis.
- Strong understanding of no-code/low-code technologies and their applications across different industries.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical challenges.
- Experience with agile development processes and tools, including managing backlogs, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
