The Senior Product Manager, Courseware facilitates and participates in problem and solution discovery, product design, implementation, and go-to-market for software solutions.
Position Type : This is a regular, full-time position .
Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 106,557.00 and $ 145,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location : In this US-based position your location will be remote from your home office .
Travel : You can also expect up to approximately 30 % travel, so be sure you have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
- Build a product vision and communicate that vision to team, peers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and facilitate the collaboration of engineering and design teams in problem discovery, solution discovery, and solution implementation.
- Collaborate with and facilitate the collaboration of cross-functional teams in problem and solution discovery.
- Collaborate with product marketing and sales for go-to-market activities.
- Facilitate and participate in customer and user research, in collaboration with account managers and product engineering and design team members.
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assist in data-informed decision-making.
- Coordinate the launch of new products and features with internal and field teams.
- Other duties as required.
Share Your Expertise .
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field, and 5+ years of software product management experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Strategic thinking skills to anticipate future opportunities and consequences, demonstrated innovative approach to work.
- Passion for solving customer problems, and a sense of urgency for finding and communicating solutions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to make complex topics clear.
- Creativity and persistence in problem solving - willingness to test, dig deep, and ask questions when helping solve customer problems.
- Excellent organizational, time and project management skills with the ability to effectively multi-task while meeting demanding deadlines.
- Ability to work independently but also operate efficiently and effectively within a collaborative team environment, with the ability to facilitate group collaboration.
- Experience in product lifecycle management.
- Ability to build positive relations with Engineering teams to deliver continuous value.
- Technical prowess to discuss technical issues.
- Self-motivation and a strong desire to make an impact in K-12 education.
- Knowledge of and experience with Education software integrations a plus .
