We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help design, build, and develop big impact features that improve customer experience. This leader will solve complex problems in one of the fastest growing segments of the Retail business, Fashion and Fitness (Apparel, Shoes, Jewelry, Watches, Luggage, Sports and Outdoors). A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual who strives to answer business/operational questions and who works across functional boundaries. The ideal candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, with a passion for innovation.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the following areas:
  • Analyze key areas of opportunity across multiple input systems including advanced selection and forecasting models to identify new projects, prioritize them, and develop a cohesive plan
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and balance trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints
  • Enable launch of new products and processes by collaborating with cross-functional project teams
  • Translate technical requirements and processes to non-technical leaders in a clear and actionable manner
  • Earn and develop trust with business leaders to drive adoption and implementation of new systems
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
