We are a team of product managers, engineers, and data scientists dedicated to advancing technical projects that deliver cross-category value across the Stores organization. We are designed to be agile, with the ability to move across a multitude of systems and challenges, continuously prioritizing our roadmap in order to develop the technical solutions that are most urgent to the business as they arise. As a Senior Product Manager on NASX, you have direct influence on critical retail systems, drive innovation that scales across North America and globally, and build solutions that impact our bottom line. You are an expert on problem solving and will apply your product management skills to define, scope and manage the end-to-end development lifecycle. The Senior Product Manager is highly analytical, adaptable and enjoys the intellectual challenge associated with learning, launching, and evolving the products which drive our business. You thrive in the sweet spot between business and technology to translate business needs into requirements and solutions. You balance a Think Big mindset with the ability to dive into details in order to turn the ambiguous into reality Key job responsibilities - Effectively work back from the customer to define the ambiguous into an end-state vision and logical requirements of the highest quality - Manage the end-to-end development process from planning, design, development through launch - Use data and an analytical mindset to identify and size new opportunities - Continually assess the needs of our customers and partners in defining and evolving the product and business strategy - Communicate complex requirements, project status, and tradeoffs, across tech and business stakeholders spanning all organization levels
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Strong data analysis skills; the ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make data-backed business decisions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
