Job Title: Senior Product Manager, US Consumer Marketing - Nemolizumab
Location: Boston

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager of Consumer Marketing to join our growing US Nemolizumab team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving consumer marketing strategies and initiatives for Nemolizumab, Galderma’s first-in-class specialty biologic treatment for prurigo nodularis and atopic dermatitis. The incumbent person must have deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, consumer behavior, and marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management & Tactical Execution:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive consumer marketing projects to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of nemolizumab. Projects include, but are not limited to brochure creation, digital media, print materials, and patient testimonials
  • Partner with other members of the Marketing team to contribute to Annual Brand Plan process
  • Tactical pull-through of nemolizumab consumer marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Understanding of MLR submission process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with the medical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure all marketing activities are compliant with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to execute campaigns and promotional initiatives, including project and budget oversight.
  • Work with print vendors/fulfillment centers to monitor budget, timelines, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional partners including HCP marketing, Market Research, Patient Services, and Omnichannel Marketing
  • Partner with Finance & Procurement to own and track budget – including opening and managing PO’s
Metrics & Performance Tracking:
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all consumer marketing campaigns.
  • Measure the success of marketing programs through ROI analysis, market share growth, consumer engagement, and brand awareness metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ongoing campaigns and future marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
Basic Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with at least 1 year in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Proven track record of executing successful consumer marketing campaigns, with demonstrated ability to drive brand growth in competitive markets.
  • Experience in overseeing various advertising agencies and vendor management.
  • Experience working within regulated industries, including familiarity with FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical marketing regulations.
Preferred Competencies:
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in digital marketing / media strategies, and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific and medical information into consumer-friendly messaging.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
Additional Information:
  • This is an office-based position requiring 3 days per week in our Boston office.
  • Ability to travel 10-25% of the time.
  • Valid passport required.
