Seeking a dynamic Product Insights & Analyst Relations Manager to enhance market positioning through customer feedback and relationships with industry analysts, contributing to product strategy and decision-making processes at AvidXchange.

As part of our continued success, we are looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Product Insights & Analyst Relations Manager to join our team. The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Product Insights & Analyst Relations will play a critical role in gathering customer feedback, providing actionable market insights, and fostering relationships with industry analysts. This individual will be responsible for leveraging insights from our Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs and maintaining strong ties with analysts to enhance AvidXchange's market positioning. This role will directly contribute to our product strategies and help us shape how the company is perceived in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Voice of the Customer (VOC):

  • Lead and manage Customer Advisory Boards (CAB) and Product Advisory Councils (PAC), focusing on gathering actionable feedback on user experience (UX) programs and communications.

  • Drive sales insights programs to understand customer needs and market trends, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, to communicate customer feedback and identify new personas and potential market opportunities.

  • Work with executives (CEO, XEO) to integrate customer insights into key decision-making processes and product strategies.


Analyst Relations:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key industry analysts to promote AvidXchange's brand and strategic initiatives.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for analyst relations (AR), coordinating briefings, events, and maintaining ongoing communication with analysts.

  • Gather, analyze, and disseminate market feedback from analysts to inform strategic decisions and enhance AvidXchange's positioning in the market.

  • Create and deliver AR presentations, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.

  • Monitor analyst reports, evaluating competitive landscape, industry trends, and potential opportunities for strategic advantage.

  • Track and measure the success of strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to enhance market visibility and influence.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, analyst relations, or customer insights, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.

  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product strategies.

  • Proven experience working with industry analysts and a deep understanding of analyst engagement and report interpretation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with UX research, customer advisory boards, or sales insights programs.

  • Familiarity with accounts payable automation or financial technology.

  • Established network within the industry analyst community.
