QUALIFICATIONS
10 years of experience as a Property Manager, strong leadership skills, great computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and preferably Appfolio. Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and flexible with work hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze property portfolio, set market rents and budgets, solve problems to achieve high occupancy, implement online marketing strategies, interview and hire vendors, lead training for on-site managers, and enhance property management efficiency with new technologies.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee property performance, lead a team, solve tenant issues, and drive marketing initiatives, with compensation including a base salary and performance-based bonuses.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. The base pay is $75,000 plus $35,000+ bonus with goals achieved. You have experience of directing the policy, leading a team of Managers in the corporate office. You have done all the work as a Property Manager., such as evicting, collecting, leasing, improving lower performance of properties, communicating with difficult tenants, etc. You will work with community Managers to solve problems, and be responsible for property performance in the portfolio.
This job is to work in the Corp. Office in Renton. Our portfolio is from North Seattle to South King County. Will need to go to property as needed base.
The main responsibility and duties:
- Analyze and understand the situation of the whole portfolio.
- Set up Market rents, Budget and Capital expenses for the properties.
- Solve problems, achieve high occupancy.
- Look for solutions for online marketing - Instergram, Ticktock, etc.
- Interview and hire new vendors for work in units turn over and maintenance, preventive maintenance and capital improvement.
- Lease up the vacancies - a lot of marketing, leasing and planning.
- All tasks as a Property Manager or as a leader to train the on site Managers - marketing, posting ads, leasing, moving in / out, signing lease, resolve conflicts for residents, collect delinquency, lease renewals, etc.
- Improve the property management efficiency with automation of software and new technologies..
- Property Budget planning.
We are looking for a person who has/is:
- Desire to grow into Portfolio Manager or the Operation Director.
- Flexible at the hours and able to work extra hours during the busy time.
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and have leadership.
- Good credit history, honest, reliable, and no drug or abuse histories.
- Experience and have a good track record as a Property Manager or community Manager. Problem solver! Can step up and cover for leasing Agent, other property managers, as needed.
- Great computer skills – MS Word, Excel. Experience in Appfolio is a great plus!
The compensation will be for a senior position. We will pay awesome quarterly bonus based on Performance.
