Role Description
As a Senior Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for business development, lead generation, residential and/or commercial real estate transactions, capital improvement project management, and overall real estate advisory services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Residential, Farm/Ranch, and/or Commercial real estate
• Expert knowledge of real estate processes, acquisitions dispositions, and/or Property Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in real estate consulting is a plus
• GRI, ABR, CCIM, or other relevant designations or certifications is a plus
• Current Texas Real Estate Commission license holder
• Expert knowledge of Fredericksburg, Texas and surrounding areas

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
