8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years as a Salesforce Architect, Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field (master's preferred), Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required, and advanced Salesforce certifications preferred.

This is an office-based position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce tools.
- Customize objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and record types to meet business requirements.
- Ensure the system remains current with periodic Salesforce releases and manage related updates or adjustments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Guide developers and administrators in building and maintaining Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and manage custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Optimize Salesforce system performance, scalability, and security.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
- Partner with business leaders to align Salesforce solutions with organizational goals.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts.
- Lead efforts to evaluate and integrate AppExchange applications and third-party tools.
- Stay updated on Salesforce advancements, including new features, releases, and industry trends.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to train and support end users.
- Advocate for innovative Salesforce features and tools that enhance business processes.
- Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years as a Salesforce Architect.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions at an enterprise level.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification (required).
- Advanced Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data model.
- Expertise in using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and AppExchange applications.
- Extensive experience with Conga Composer or similar contract management/workflow tools integrated within Salesforce.
- Proficient in MuleSoft Composer.
- Proficient experience with third-party integrations and API connections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field (master's preferred).
