Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Expert Salesforce Administrator to lead the design and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions that drive business success. This role involves defining architectural strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
  • Manage and configure Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce tools.
  • Customize objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and record types to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure the system remains current with periodic Salesforce releases and manage related updates or adjustments.
Project Leadership:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Guide developers and administrators in building and maintaining Salesforce solutions.
Technical Expertise:
  • Develop and manage custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Optimize Salesforce system performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with business leaders to align Salesforce solutions with organizational goals.
  • Provide technical guidance to internal teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts.
  • Lead efforts to evaluate and integrate AppExchange applications and third-party tools.
Innovation and Thought Leadership:
  • Stay updated on Salesforce advancements, including new features, releases, and industry trends.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to train and support end users.
  • Advocate for innovative Salesforce features and tools that enhance business processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications:
Experience:
  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years as a Salesforce Architect.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions at an enterprise level.
Certifications:
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification (required).
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).
Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce architecture and data model.
  • Expertise in using declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and AppExchange applications.
  • Extensive experience with Conga Composer or similar contract management/workflow tools integrated within Salesforce.
  • Proficient in MuleSoft Composer.
  • Proficient experience with third-party integrations and API connections.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field (master's preferred).
