Responsibilities: As the SEO Strategist, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, driving results for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

SEO Expertise:

• Optimizing websites to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Analyzing competitor strategies and implementing effective SEO tactics.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
• Translating complex SEO concepts into actionable strategies.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to achieve overall goals.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO marketing (Required).
• Experience managing 2-3 people.
• An understanding of small businesses and their target customers.
• The ability to handle multiple projects.
• SEMRUSH
• AHREFs
• Screaming Frog
• GSC & GA4
• Past experience working in a digital agency.
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as social media, is a plus.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as 401(k) with matching, flexible work schedules, paid time off, and bonus pay.

Work Location: Most of our team works remotely, but if you're in or near Lancaster, PA, you are welcome to work in our office. We provide all necessary technology, so there's no need to use personal equipment.
