SHORT DESCRIPTION

Risepoint seeks a marketing professional to enhance partner engagement and program effectiveness for regional universities, focused on expanding access to affordable education through online programs.

Risepoint assists primarily regional universities in increasing their access and impact by making their academic programs available to students online. Founded in 2007, Risepoint's mission is to expand access to high-quality, affordable, and workforce-relevant education, especially for working and adult students. Risepoint brings single-minded dedication to student success, an integrated set of services, and data-driven performance to our collaboration with university partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a good understanding of the assigned partners’ products, programs, brand positioning, and target audiences.
  • With manager’s guidance, leverage market research and student insights to identify growth opportunities and/or improve partner / program features and value props. As necessary, conduct competitive and industry analyses. Create, maintain, and execute marketing calendar, plan, campaigns, and assets.
  • Actively monitor partners’ / programs’ lead, application, and enrollment performance. Regularly report on these metrics to key internal & external stakeholders.
  • With manager’s guidance, develop key messages for marketing campaigns based on partner’s brand standards, market positioning, and target audiences.
  • Create and submit creative briefs to support development of marketing assets and manage all regulatory approvals to ensure university and governmental compliance.
  • Review marketing assets on a regular cadence to ensure accuracy and alignment to partner’s brand standards and company’s best practices.
  • Collaborate with media, SEO, marketing automation and field marketing teams to monitor key metrics and ensure lead volume, lead quality and conversion rates achieve acquisition and enrollment goals.
  • Conduct basic performance analyses for assigned partners, as necessary. Develop data-driven, critical, and innovative thinking to help plan and implement optimizations with manager’s guidance, based on performance data.
  • Support new partner/program launches, working towards near flawless execution for on-time delivery in market.
  • With manager’s guidance, develop and deliver partner-facing communications and presentations, as needed.
  • Work closely with all cross-functional teams to continuously improve the online experience throughout the entire student journey.
  • Develop good internal and external relationships for assigned partner(s) and projects.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s level degree required; preferably in business, marketing, communications, or related field of study
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in account / portfolio management, brand or product management. Agency experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects and/or clients projects.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels, especially paid media. Conversant in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools is preferred.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office required; experience with project management tools (i.e., Workfront),data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau or Google Analytics), and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and project management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across functions and teams.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work in a high-pace, entrepreneurial environment.
