Job Overview
Our company specializes in marketing strategy and social media marketing, and our design team is what makes us competitive. We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in person. After the first 90 days, we can discuss a hybrid work arrangement if needed.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong understanding of design principles, and some marketing background to ensure visuals are both trendy and effective. You should be knowledgeable in AI to leverage its benefits and flexible enough to create designs for multiple businesses across different industries.

Responsibilities include designing for newsletters, SMS campaigns, brand development, and advertisements. You will also contribute to website design, staying current with design trends and ensuring optimized designs that align with what search engines look for. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in various design tools, an eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Duties

• Develop innovative graphic designs for digital and print media, including logos, marketing materials, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
• Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to produce high-quality designs.
• Execute art direction for projects, ensuring consistency in visual style across all platforms.
• Create digital art and perform photo manipulation to enhance imagery used in marketing materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are contemporary and relevant.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma is essential.
• Experience in logo design, visual design, art direction, digital art, video editing, and photo manipulation.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates creativity and technical skills is required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be considered.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.57 - $29.49 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
