Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies and techniques, with the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions to enhance our online presence. This role requires a blend of technical skills and creative thinking to improve our website’s visibility and drive organic traffic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
• Optimize website metadata, including titles, descriptions, and headers, to enhance visibility in search results.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve user experience and increase lead generation.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in the industry.
• Work with web developers to ensure that website structure is optimized for search engines, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Conduct regular audits of the website to identify areas for improvement in terms of SEO performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEM principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and how they integrate with SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with metadata optimization techniques and best practices.
• Experience with conversion optimization strategies is preferred.
• Basic understanding of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
