What You’ll Do
1. SEO Strategy Development & Execution
- Craft and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform in-depth competitor analysis to uncover keyword and content opportunities.
- Stay ahead of trends to ensure the brand remains competitive in organic search.
2. Content Optimization
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure all web content is fully optimized for target keywords.
- Implement metadata enhancements, optimize internal linking, and improve keyword density.
- Provide recommendations for creating high-performing, SEO-friendly content.
3. Technical SEO
- Conduct detailed technical audits to identify crawl errors, indexing issues, and duplicate content.
- Resolve issues flagged in Google Search Console, such as indexing, structured data, and mobile usability.
- Optimize website structure, enhance mobile responsiveness, and improve site speed for better rankings and user experience.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track KPIs.
- Generate detailed performance reports on traffic, rankings, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Provide actionable insights to improve strategies and meet business goals.
5. Link-Building & Outreach
- Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns to strengthen domain authority.
- Research and secure opportunities for guest posts, partnerships, and PR synergies.
- Monitor backlink profiles to ensure compliance with SEO best practices.
6. Staying Ahead of the Curve
- Keep up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Suggest and implement innovative ways to boost the brand’s digital visibility.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of proven SEO experience with a track record of driving measurable growth, ideally in eCommerce or retail.
- Expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Experience in resolving technical SEO issues, including those related to Google Search Console (e.g., indexing, structured data, and mobile usability).
- Proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- A meticulous, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
