Job Description:
Pufcreativ is seeking a charismatic and skilled SEO Specialist to join our team. This role is client-facing and involves working closely with clients to develop and implement SEO strategies that enhance their online presence. As an SEO Specialist, you will collaborate with clients to understand their goals, communicate strategies, and deliver measurable results. Your role will be vital in guiding clients toward an optimized, impactful online presence that aligns with their mission and our commitment to social justice and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their SEO needs, goals, and vision, providing ongoing support and expertise.
• SEO Strategy Development: Research and develop SEO strategies tailored to each client’s industry, audience, and objectives.
• Implementation: Execute on-page and off-page SEO activities, including keyword optimization, backlink building, content strategy, and technical SEO.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance, providing clients with regular reports and actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the Pufcreativ team to ensure SEO strategies align with overall marketing initiatives.
• Education and Updates: Educate clients on SEO best practices, keeping them informed of new trends and developments in the digital landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of client-facing experience.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the charisma to engage and build trust with clients.
• Technical SEO Proficiency: Solid understanding of on-page SEO, keyword research, link building, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
