REMOTE POSITION - Florida

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy and Implementation

• Fully onboard clients to our SEO tools.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles & Manage Client Citations.
• Conduct keyword research to identify optimization opportunities.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and structure to align with SEO best practices.
• Execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to enhance website performance.

2. Performance Monitoring and Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to track SEO performance.
• Create regular reports detailing traffic, rankings, and key metrics.
• Identify trends and recommend adjustments to improve results.

3. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

• Work with the content and development teams to ensure SEO guidelines are met.
• Assist in link-building campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices.
• Frequently communicating with clients via email, phone calls, and Google Meet.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
• Understanding of WordPress, Google Business Profiles, & Other platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $20/hour. Candidates with experience may be eligible for a higher starting wage.
• Bonuses: Based on measurable performance improvements (e.g., traffic growth, rankings).
